Today I received a call from this number which I never answer if it's a number I don't know. It was John Sloan/Flone saying I won a big prize from Publishing Clearing House. Also mentions it's backed up by the Federal Trade Commission, so people feel it's legit. This is the 2nd call I've received with the same message. My suggestion is don't answer or return calls until you look up the numbers. I hope this is helpful.

Called and said my mother had won , one of there big prizes. Gave a claim number an phone number to call. Didnt call new something was up.
Tried to scam my elderly mother. Tried to get credit card numbers and PINs as well as a large cash payment for "taxes" for the $2.5M she had won from Publisher's Clearinghouse
Called stating I had won Publishers Clear House sweepstakes, $1.5 million. Asked for name of bank and location of bank. Gave no account information to them.
Called my elderly parents and said they won from publishers clearing house.
Tried to scam my elderly parents by saying they won a lot of money from Publisher's Clearinghouse. Tried to get a social security number!
