Called back and the Indian on the other line tried to say he was Amazon Security and someone hacked my account. Scary part is he knew my name. I asked for credentials and his manager and he said his manager isn't there to "talk to people like me". I then stated that I'm not here to talk to fraud's like him. He then called me a stupid idiot. I reminded him that it's unlikely that Amazon would allow people to speak that way and hung up.
