Also, it wanted me to call back- not to the number it was calling from, but to 949-593-3066, which is another scammers number according to the reports on it here.

I'm in Maryland. Got a robocall from this number that went straight to voicemail about a loan forgiveness application. I've never applied or needed one. Definitely a scammer.
