Woman called in Spanish and said she was calling from Spectrum, also knew my name
Call from 929-474-6457. Same thing happened to me. I speak Spanish, but I thought it was curious that Spectrum would have someone in customer service callung n that doesn't speak any English, at least a little
number new my first name and asked me if i speak Spanish. said no female caller hang up
Phone rang several times, the minute I picked up, no one said a word. So, I hung up and blocked the number!
Got a call disconnected when I picked up phone saw the other comments and blocked the number
