Junk/Spam Call. They call several times back to back and don't leave a message. When you call back, you get "Joe" on a recorded line and asks if you can hear him ok. Then I called back a second time and reached their customer service recording with the availability to be added to the Do Not Call Registry. They call you immediately after you submit your number. This is a local cell phone number and should not be used for crap like this.
