Just gives "warnings" against OTCs, leaving MOST OF THEM to, at best, "reach" share prices of less than 0$.50/per share! LMBO A JOKE! Let's con-artists walk off the streets and claim shady "ownership" of what could potentially be hundreds/thousands of LEGIT businesses, instead turning them into BAD RISKS. Businesses that COULD BE donated to people with existing business ventures, who'd love to own a company name on the stock market, love to buy/sell shares and love to help others make millions but this will not happen!! Because Lucifer/Satan-forbid the 10% become the 80%. Right?
I ignored this phone call and they left a message but it was a lady talking to someone in the background about something. It's like she didn't know the call was connected and she just went about her conversation.
