Called saying that my computer was malfunctioning and needed to be "tuned Up" of course they offered multi-level prices and suggested the highest most expensive level and it would take no time at all as soon as I could give them my credit card number they would get right to work on it--I sure they meant right to work on my credit card not a perfectly functioning computer and also refused to give me his name and then hung up on me.
