Houston Gates, confidential Voice mail... what a scam. Totally tried to pressure us into signing documents “before 4:00....but he’d wait around until 4:15” To save us thousands on a case we had never even heard about. Pushy, rude, no time to explains anything. Sent over e-sign documents to make it easier for us. Florida scam. Beware of Houston Gates.
I received the same message threatening a lawsuit against my company. I asked him to send notice in writing and he refused. Total scam!

Received a call from a guy named, Houston Gates, from Hamilton ... Law Firm. He has a lawsuit against the company and would like to settle the case. Asked him to send us in writing and he said he would do that way and need someone call back immediately.
Some guy left a message telling me he was from the Hamilton and something Law firm and there was a lawsuit against us and to give him a call right away or there would be a serious judgement against us. I didn't call back. He called me back letting me know he was calling from a law firm and what the issue was and that he wanted to speak with whomever handled our legal issues. I told him we were a church. He got a bit flustered and asked again who is in church of business decisions. I told him we had elders and deacons and a pastor, but that we are a church and probably not the place he is looking for. He chuckled and said, "Oh, all right. Goodbye." Low and behold, he tried to call again. Very persistent and angry. I think I'll introduce him to Jesus. ;)
Received a call from someone claiming to have been trying to get in touch with me related to a settlement payment plan about a lawsuit against the clinic I work at.
It’s a scam, don’t share ur information. Trying to tell me I have a lawsuit case with a company outside my state, I have no business to any company at all. Told the guy call my lawyer and he refused, totally fraud
Received call from this number, requesting to call back immediately. Called back and no answer and voice mail not setup.
