Got a call from fake call from SOCIAL SECURITY THAT MY SS number SUPENDED.
Scam Call, can hear it click over to live person. Can barely hear the person from the static background.
The caller ID stated that its name registered as "PORTFOLIORECOVER", I did NOT recognized the area call and due to the caller ID, I DID NOT answer the phone. They did NOT leave a message on my voice mail. They have called several times in the past month.
Caller left voicemail: This is the student loan department. I've tried calling you several times. If you are still interested in consolidating your student loans, please give me a call back."
Calls several times a day but leaves no message. I am 81 years old and it is not often easy for me to get to the phone so this is very annoying. I have answered it on occasion and asked them to stop calling me but it does no good.
