The call came in on a "local" number (510-804-8071), but the VM said to contact her at 949-220-1772

Jennifer with a 250K preapproved line of credit. Understands by growth plan and wants to help me grow my business. Never said a name or who she was calling for so clearly this is voice phishing to see who will take the bait and return the call.
Said I was preapproved for a 250K line of credit and she wanted to talk to me about my business plans. SCAM!
