Caller said her name was Katie she states in a recorded voice mail that several notices and phone calls had been made on my automobile warranty. The message is basic word for word "hello there this is Katie I'm calling in reguards to your auto warranty umm we actually called you several times and we also sent out umm a few mailers to your home so I'm not quite sure why we've not heard from you yet in any case it's important that we ahh talk to you so we can keep your file open so please call me at 1-888-218-0804 thank you for this attention to this matter and we can connect soon bye for now"
