If you try and call this number, you get "Not In Service" How can this SCAMMER keep calling from a number that is "NOT IN SERVICE"? I am on the "Do Not Call" list and I have turned them in to the FCC and asking that they fine them $25,000.00 for violating the "Do Not Call" list.

Received live phone call about solar that give discount 60 percent of the cost.
