This is a 3rd party debt collector. These people seem to have absolutely NO REGARD FOR THE LAW and break it each and every time they attempt to call. This is fact: YOU OWE NOTHING to a 3rd party debt collector. EVER! Besides, the caller left a VM saying she would garnish wages. *SHE CANNOT SAY THAT. It's only done by original creditor but after winning a court case! It is illegal for debt collectors to say such stupid things. But they only exist by fear tactics. Don't fall for it. She can be sued for leaving such a message.
Claiming fraudulently that I'm part of a civil suit. No such suit filed or served. Blatant fear mongering fraud attempting to harvest social security numbers.
Leaves number to call back saying they are going to file a complaint. Wants me to confirm social sec number and saying time sensitive. Message sounds like I am in trouble. Complete fraud
