Me, my daughter and ex husband are getting the same calls from a woman, name Kathleen Gaines and/or Linda Anderson, claiming she is an attorney, trying to collect a debt we have no knowledge of. She has literally scared the crap out of my daughter and has severely stressed her out with the constant harassing, insults and threats. I have repeatedly asked her who the original lender and/or creditor is and she will not give it to me. She only accuses me of committing a crime and that they are going to take legal action. Now, I’m a law abiding, tax paying citizen and to be accused of something I unaware of, is very baffling. I am very insulted and very pissed off. How can this person be dealt with. She needs to be prosecuted for her over the top disrespectful actions. Oh, Not to mention, she said we must be Mexican or black because of the way we we’re talking to her. WOW

Caller from this number uses accurate personal information likely hacked from another source. They threaten with lawsuits and court action. Caller uses various aliases. Same older sounding woman. Had my attorney contact and the caller was very rude and hung up.

The person who calls from the number claims they are from an attorney's office. They are very rude, they use threats against you when they are talking to you, and if you look the number up they have a history of it. The claims they are saying are also false that if you look up your case numbers in the state you live in they don't exist. I think it is a scam to get money out of people because collection agencies or even attorney offices for matter, like they do.
