Caller ID came up as PORTFOLIORECOV. One of their many phone numbers they uses.
Minnesota Budget Exteriors in Bloomington Minnesota. This was "Amy". One of the most prolific FTC lawbreakers in Minnesota. They have festered like cancer for years, yet they never quite die.

Called me asking for "Jenny". I said no one by that name lives here, then the guy goes "Oh!", seconds go by, then beeping sounds, then hangs up. I might add this is the 2nd time in a few months of someone calling me asking for "Jenny". I don't know if it was from this number or not. Their ID claims to be "Budget Exterior", but I only found a Budget ExteriorS (plural) on Google with a different phone number, but this phone number doesn't link to anywhere. I'm going to call Boost Mobile, my provider, & have a word with them because I'm SICK of these scammers calling me, wasting my time....
