A lady called for a colleague and asked her who is calling and from where, she was upset I had asked her for her name and hung up.
Demanded to speak to my facilities manager & when they were asked what the call was referencing, they angrily hung up.
R AND N Roofing called our institution by the name "Shelly;" was rude and impatient when I did not transfer her call fast enough and hung up after cursing at me. Do not answer.
