Someone called me at Maxwell Pierce smart city solution and call themselves Maxwell Pierce Group And Midwest smart city solutions Very confusing person by the name of Craig Cohen started pitching me on that product I’ve done some research this is old technology that they don’t even have this is telemarketing firm with 6 employees they’re selling a 220 MHz license with five channels so exactly what is this if you remember when your TV only had five channels that is this technology it’s old and worthless now you have DIRECTV Xfinity Netflix peacock cable there must be now thousands of channels and by the way you’re buying into a business you couldn’t even sell it’s not even liquid then I did a little bit more research and no one that works there is registered with security exchange commission so there is absolutely no background check who knows who they really are So my suggestion do you homework call the securities change commission and hire a lawyer who specializes in securities because they are not who they say they are GOOD LUCK
