I saw this, I was skeptical but I spoke with Angie and they are legit. Have my home for sale they gave me a cash offer. Not bad. Thinking about it. I didn't get a voice mail though just a missed call

This number is NOT A SCAM... I just sold my house to Luis and I thank God because I really needed the money which was enough to buy a new property closer to my grandchildren. His team was so sweet and helped me and my family through the process, even connected me with a mover.

Just got a voicemail no call, same thing. Buy my house for cash. Or a neighbors. “Really want to be in that neighborhood” but nothing was specific. Seemed like a scam. Weird thing was my house is for sale so it threw me off at first. Can’t be legit.

Got voice message stating same, I want to buy your house for cash, its just what were looking for....he said in the W's, which is pretty specific to our location. Creepy. Can't be legit unless they really lowball their price, catch the needy then flip the homes. Who knows.

Exact same voicemail as the others. No missed call, just a voicemail.

Just got the same message from Louis for the "I want to buy your home for cash" scam. So I called back and asked him to meet me in a parking lot with half a million in small bills so we can do this transaction. Just waiting to hear back.

Do not think it is safe. She (Angie) left me a message saying she was interested in buying my house and she will be paying cash. Dont know how she got my number. In the message she did not direct to me by name nor address. Still message was weird and i have never put my home up for sale. Do not give any info to this person please.
