Received an answer and hang up call. Called the number back and after a brief hold spoke with an individual. He asked who he had the pleasure of speaking with. I told him that you called me and you should be able to look it up in your system against my number. He then asked, "is this (my name)?" I replied last time I checked. He then asked if I owed $5k or more in student loan debt. I told him no and he abruptly hung up.
