Robo call from a recorded "Marsha" for something to do with some type of medical eligibility. Definitely a robocall solicitation. I receive up to ten of these type of calls a day which is harassment. I leave my phone on mute and block the calls but they just change their number and continue to call . I would never purchase anything from a phone solicitation, ever.
