rec'vd phone call from above # referring me to a 855 764 8843... stating that I was being sued... had incorrect email address, old hse number, used my former address from another state. person who left message name was maria smith. I called the 855 # was treated with rudeness and they not willingly to listen... hung up on me I called back wasn't rude to them.. would settle today for 550.00 and then would not be served. something about a loan dating back to 2010??? I am very confused about this matter, do indeed have an id theft # listed with the federal government.. had to close out old ck acct due to id theft. and re open a new acct. same bank...
