I returned the call to find out who this is and got a message that the phone number is no longer in service. I've been getting harassing phone call scams from other numbers saying they are debt collectors and some legal action. I believe this to be the same operation.
They're constantly calling at least once a week, and as another person said, it sounds like they're a debt collector or involves some sort of legal action.
Left a voicemail making it sound like they are a debt collector or it involves some sort of legal action. I am not going to return the call to find out.
