I had about 8 missed calls from this number when I woke up this morning. I called back and it said: "an application error has occured. Goodbye." And then they proceeded to call me 2 more times after that. Not sure who it is, but I don't appreciate it.
He said his name was Victor and he was calling on behalf of Toby (whoever that is). When I asked to take a message for my boss, he said he wasn't allowed to give out that information, so I got the number from the caller ID. He was acting strange on the phone and wouldn't give any details pertaining to the reason for his call.
This phone number has called my cellphone 2-3 times every hour. All through the night!!!and I have blocked the number
