WHEN I DO ANSWER THEY ARE ASKING ME PERSONAL INFORMATION AND WHEN I ASK I'M NOT GOING THROUGH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION UNTIL I KNOW WHY YOUR CALLING ME THEY JUST TELL ME THEY NEED TO VERIFY MY INFORMATION FIRST BEFORE THEY CAN TELL ME THE REASON WHY THEY'RE CALLING. BS
