“Portfolio Recovery” caller ID Doesn’t respond when you answer. Calls me from a different number every single day
Scam debt collector, Portfolio Recovery. Has numbers all over the US but actually is headquartered in Norfolk,VA. Relentless, constant robo calling for dozens of numbers. They are the worst of the worst.
Robocall did not hang up or initiate speech. Several other caller complaints.
Got an unsolicited call from this number. Did NOT answer, as I suspect a scam.

Talked real fast and didn't enunciate till they said my name. Told them "no, there is nobody here by that name. Do not call this number again" and hung on up her. She was a colored girl and you could just here the attitude in her voice. But I WIN!!
