Dave Williams called and made it seem like he was calling me back. I remember speaking with him last year. Absolutely a scam to try and get you to invest in something with no guarantees. US oil was a great thing to invest in 15-20 years ago. Now, over the next 20 years, you are going to see oil consumption go down with the new legislature on the horizon.

Dave Williams call and left message, I called him back, he is a professional oil man that deals with investors. I found Dave Williams to be well informed and even though the timing was bad on my behalf I asked him to call me back in six months

Im guessing fraud or scam. Answered since I used to live in Texas. Caller actually asked for me by name and claimed he got my name from a purchased list of qualified investors. Wanted me to take a look at oil wells in Colorado for profit. Ignored my polite no and pressed on. I hung up and blocked the number. Claimed his last name was Huff (William Huff) if I heard hime correctly at the intro. I missed the name of the company.
