I keep getting calls and voicemails from the same lady Sascha at this number saying she's from Cardholder Services and calling in regard to a case number (that is different on each voicemail) and to call her back because she needs to confirm the "mailing address" or "information in the system" so that they will be able to assist me. Caller ID is from Capital Auto Sales (Not Cardholder Services) a permanently closed car dealership in Texas. Total Scam.
Called and called until I answered. Said they were calling about the Kroger gift card I bought. Told them I didn’t need to talk to them she said actually you do. I hung up and blocked the number. My husband tried to call the number and it’s not a working number. They knew my name and that I bought a Kroger gift card.
They did not identify caller.... request some details about your card. If you have any questions please call back. thank you bye....
