I think its my apartment complex. They left voice mail that some of the buildings in my complex water might be out for awhile. I think they also own apartments in other states. Mine is Marquis at Arrowhead Apartments in Peoria, Arizona.
My husband and I both had this number call us at the exact same time. Did not answer as we knew it was spam.
