Automated call, starts out by saying, "Hi this is Lucy from US Capital, can you hear me OK?' If you say yes, or respond in a positive manner, the prompt goes in to requesting to speak with the person in charge of financing. You can tell it's a prompted robotic call.
Repeated recording, "Hi, is ______ there?" And it was name. Obviously recorded voice because it sounded the same way Everytime I called back.
