Received a voicemail from this number on 8/23/18. They didn't identify themselves or their company/agency, but they said they needed to hear from me "before we issue THE arrest warrant or any legal prosecution against you." Since I haven't committed any crimes lately, I must assume this is a total scam. It still bothers me and makes me a tiny bit anxious, and I know better. That is probably why they actually get bites on their calls.
