I did received a threading message from this phone number, when I called back they mentioned an old case that has been resolved many years ago! Definitely this people are scammers
Robotic message threatening they will aggressively try to pursue a case I've never heard of
New number, same scam message that "I received an order for you, and now there are two pending matters." I've been getting variations of the same message for about 2 years now, always threatening to send me papers, or a fax order, or two pending matters. They never ID themselves other than a fictitious generic individual name, and they usually change the number they call from from time to time so you can't block them forever. I have no pending debts, a credit score over 800, and just last week was pre-approved for a new mortgage. How bad is their fact-checking and record-keeping that this important pending matter doesn't show up on a mortgage broker's investigation of my credit background? These people belong in jail, but I'm sure they're in another country. We need a better way to block these scammers other than individually blocking each number as they call in.
These folks want me to contact the financial part of my timeshare and verify something so they can rent my timeshare for me for top dollar.
