This number called saying that they are Cigna and said my name and ask me to call 1-855-800-9959 about something pertaining to my policy. They have called me three straight days before I finally called the toll free number for Cigna on the back of my insurance card. A Cigna representative first confirmed that there was no reason to call me about my policy and then confirmed that both numbers do not belong to them. They believe it's a scam. I have now blocked both numbers.
