had a message on our machine today - 11-06-17; called back - no human - only "prerecorded voice" - was asked to verify birthday, but "it" knew who was calling them back; when it came to telling me which prescription (I take 10 different kinds) I needed to refill; I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND THE 1ST WORD OF THE "DRUG" - UNDERSTOOD THE 2ND WORD - "CALCIUM 10 MG) -- then offered to contact my pharmacy -- yep -- they had the correct name where our family has meds filled or refilled; I CALLED BACK 3 TIMES TO TRY & UNDERSTAND THAT 1ST WORD -- BUT GAVE UP. I checked all my prescription bottles -- none had "calcium" in its name.
