Subject called ask'n for my mother who's 80 yrs old,stating she being sued,when i told her i didn't think that was true she abruptly just hung-up. Scam!!!!!!!!!!

Said my son was going to be sued because of legal actions, however my son is ten and the voice stating this was abnormal so nice try you arse.

I've been getting these calls since March 08,2019 and it's always the same subject. I owe so & so company money and there are important legal papers that I need to received because there is a lawsuit filled against me. When I try to explain that I don't owe any company back money, the woman said well your getting sued and your bank account will be frozen, if you are receiving an income tax refund, that will be taken from you. The court will allow us to take 30% of your wages. She was starting to sound like a broken record. The woman wasn't interested in anything that I had to say but she sure wanted to make sure I was going to be taken to court and sued and wasn't going to get away with it. I was to tell her where I wanted to receive the summons so that an agent can come to my home or place of employment. Two attempts to serve me will be made and after that, it will be taken to court and the judge will be told that I refused to take the paper.
