"Grace" has called me twice about hearing aids. I tell "her" no and she then wants to send me on a "free cruise." When I ask questions the phone goes dead. "Grace" is a computer program making you think you're talking to a real person. She ain't real and neither is the offer. It's a phishing scam. When you call back it doesn't even ring.
