Caller said they were US STANDARD and wanted to send a complimentary package of NFL fan products. Could not get person to specify what they sell or how they got connected to our company.

980-217-3386 Has information prior to call possibly from our company website. Called me by my first name although I did not provide it. Kept trying to verify our shipping address. Trying to send a NFL jersey for Current or Future business prospects. Told not to contact again and he said he would try to get someone else and hung up.

Had the same issue, except I never made to the warehouse manager.. caller said I was unprofessional.. because he couldn't answer basic question about our SO CALLED shipment

Called hospital where I worked advising that there driver was unable to deliver package. Wanted a cell phone number for his driver. Refused to give him a number. He transferred me to his warehouse manager. Upon that I realized this was fishy. I asked the warehouse manage who the package was from and she advised it was a complimentary package. I hung up,
