An automated recording stating that I am entitled to compensation due to a previously filed claim. For a fun challenge, I waited on the phone to speak to a "representative". Once the live person was on the phone, they immediately placed me on hold for about 10 seconds while they "retrieved my information". The person then came back on the phone and asked for a person with the same last name as mines but a different first name. I asked what it was pertaining to and the person stated that they could not talk to me if I was not the mentioned person. I told them not to call since they can't mention what they were calling for. The person kept talking while I hung up and blocked the number.

Constantly blowing up my phone and leaving messages that I am involved in numerous complaints against me and they will serve me and garnish wages, etc. This needs to stop
