Called our business, sneezed then said is this (Our company name)? I replied yes and they just sat online with background noise...
Caller asked if I have insurance, I politely said that I do, and am very happy with it. She cut me off, and said "I didn't ask you all that." I was a little shocked, and said. "ok", she then very rudely said "uh-huh" and hung up on me.
