The caller called and said he was from a Mortgage Company and asked me my last name and than the phone e hung up when I called back it was busy I put it on the block list

I've blocked this phone number and still get calls from this number 3 or 4 times a day. Before I blocked the number a women would call out my name over and over asking if I was there or could I hear her. I believe it is a Medicare scaaaam.
