Got call from 216-930-5367. same company, rclec. left no message. didn't answer so don't know whether robo or not

Received a call from this number but no message. Called it back and got a message to text the number back as it was not receiving calls. I decided to play the game and text. I received this message, "Welcome to TrueCar! I see that you're responding to a customer. If this is correct, please enter the Activation Code included in your ADF lead. (Only you can see this message)" I am not in the market for a car nor am I selling a car, so I don't know what this scam is, but it's a scammer.
called left no message on my answering machine robocall blocked the call
Advised that the call was being recorded and asked for Henry Williams. I advised they had the wrong number and they promptly hung up on me.
