I received a text at 12am???? ..??
I got a call with a recording stating that it was the Social security administration. The recording claimed that legal action was being taken against me for fraudulent activity.

The caller sounds very intimidating. If I were a senior citizen or language problem I would have been very scared.
Stated to call or legal action would follow.
