GOT AN UNWELCOME CALL FROM PNC AT THIS NUMBER

“Message is for XXX this is Brad Michaels at PNC I was calling today to discuss file forwarded here to my office for review looks like you failed to respond to my clients per request so at this point our client is just to get a statement from you as well as file recommendation with her office no later than Friday I would need to speak to you directly to get the statement before anything is sent out of the office my direct phone number is 833-2289823 my

I would say a gentleman called but he was no gentleman. I am at a place of business and received a call for a former employee. When I informed him the employee no longer works here he called me a liar and slammed the phone in my ear. When I called back to speak to a supervisor, he repeated the same thing and accused me of playing games and slammed the phone again. I tried calling back again to speak to a supervisor but they repeatedly answer and immediately hang up. Even if the employee worked here I would not assist anyone who behaves in such an professional manner. If some with this organization reads this, I suggest you schedule an in-service on professional behavior. Employees who act like this person surely cannot be successful at collecting anything other than complaints.

FYI PNC if you would like to collect I would suggest being nicer to people. At the end of the day we obviously know it'll affect our credit not the PNC people.

Get a call everyday about the same time. They never say anything and hang up after i answer. I have blocked the numbers and they keep changing and calling back. I know its the same PNC people because thats who always answers when i call back.
