Trying to call about heath care and no real name behind it I would call that unsafe in my opinion.
They say that they are calling about helping veterans but the same number when you google it was used for a women's cancer fund - this appears to be a scam.
I had the same awful experience with this number - they called and I said that I was on the do not call list and to please remove the number from their call list and they said no (lol) and then click. The caller id says Home for Veterans and they are looking for money obviously for veterans this time - but the call did not go that far. It sounds like a computer talking and they ask for you by your first name which I did not acknowledge. An unwanted call from this Lincoln MA number arrived today in violation of the Do Not Call law. When the answering machine picked up, there was dead silence -- a strong sign of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who shamelessly prey on the public. Predators like these are why you should LET YOUR ANSWERING MACHINE TAKE THEIR PATHETIC CALLS.
