Called leaving a voice message looking for a Timothy saying to call back about an appointment. Did not say an extension or department, just a name of Katrina. I called the number back right away and was given a list of options to be directed to via a bot. I chose operator and 'per chance' was answered by Katrina. I said "You just called and have the wrong number." She and another girl giggled and she said "Okay" and then hung up. Very unprofessional and the website does not seem legit either. Lincoln, RI area, Woonsocket number, no date the facility was established and only recent reviews which are all 5-star? Seems very iffy.
