Caller claimed to be CVS pharmacy verifying my information so there would be no delay in my getting my prescriptions. I did not give out any information..
Caller says they are from CVS and want to discuss my medication. I told them I do not discuss my medication with anyone other than my doctor. they hung up right away.
ID was Woonsocket, RI. Caller said from CVS , said my name. Re: prescription refill and wanted to confirm my birthdate? I said no and hung up
This number has been calling us CONTINUALLY and all you hear is a fax type number if you pick up. I tried calling back, as I was so tired of getting these calls. "You have reached a toll free number that has been disconnected" and then the line goes dead.

Got a call from 401-770-8700 for my wife saying they were from CVS. Asked for her insurance card info. We asked the caller to verify they were CVS and gave us a prescription and doctor we never heard of. Hung up on them. No information was given.
