Asked for information about name of business, owner, location, employees, etc.
Our store was called and they began asking questions about our business, the location, and our employee count. May be attempting to scam businesses out of retention credits
Called asking about the business i work for then wanted to know all the staffs first and last names and how many people worked here and the revenue we make. when i asked who they were they said they were updating our business profile as per my head office which is not anything my HO knew about i provided them no info other then my first name
Same happened to me! Except I called back when she hung up, it was a machine that answered when I called but their answering machine doesn't work. It'll say "press 8 for any other questions" it doesn't work and just repeats the options over and over again.
