THREATENING CALL FROM A VICTORIA CALDWELL FROM PROCESS DIVISION STATING THAT SHE HAS 2 PENDING CHARGES THAT SHE IS ACTIVLY PURSUING...THEY ARE EITHER GOING TO COME TO MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT OR MY HOME...I WAS ALSO GIVEN A CASE # I WAS TO CALL BY THE END OF BUSINESS DAY TO: 470-398-1920..THIS IS SCAREY THAT I SHOULD RECEIVE A PHONE CALL SO THREATNING...WHAT CAN I DO
Identified the business as Cedar Financial. I offered an address and she said no, that a process server was locating me currently. Case # in the recording was 3. 130. 2, same as listed on another site for someone else. Used my maiden name as the contact. Didn't reference a debt, just that a client was pursuing a case against me. I called back four times because I was bored. She said I was wasting her time playing on the phone. Two numbers, (470) 398-1921 & (470) 398-1920
Got the same call threatening further action if not called back. Gave the same name of Victory Cogwell... left a case number and the phone number to call back. 470-398-1920. I have a smart call blocker on my phone, this one got through as I was on the other line and it went to my call notes. Sure wish we could prosecute these scammers. I'd sure like to collect money from these crooks.
Threatening call, vague information, asked me to call a number in GA. Obviously not legit but I did NOT like being threatened with legal action and being hunted down at my home and place of employment.
Calls from this number are for different department personnel, they do not have an employee's name, cold calling.

OH YES. GOT A CALL FROM THESE SCUM BAG SCAMMERS. FOR ONE THING, THEY DON'T CALL ANYONE IF THEY ARE REALLY GOING TO SERVE PAPERS ON YOU. THEY DO NOT THREATEN. BLOCK THERE NUMBER. I HAVE MORE IMPORTANT THINGS TO DO BESIDES LISTENING TO THEM TRY TO TAKE HARD EARNED MONEY ( AND I DO HAVE A REAL JOB). I COULD NOT LIVE WITH MYSELF IF I KNEW I WAS TRYING TO SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF THERE HARD EARNED MONEY. SOMEONE NEEDS TO YANK THEIR CHAIN AND PUT A STOP TO THIS.
