Received a call from 585-371-6699 claiming to be calling on the behalf of Spectrum but yet they said they were my cell phone provider which they are not and asked me if Spectrum was my internet provider. I hung up on them.
yes didn't answer the call because didn't recognize the number to be a friend

They've called at least 4 times a day for the last 4 days, weekends too. They never leave a message on the answering machine & hang up when it turns on. Doesn't matter if it starts after 1 ring or 2 NOR If I pick it up in the middle of the 1st ring~they hang up! There's no name on caller ID just their number.
