Left a vm saying my account would be charged 399.99. I called the number and a guy from India answers telling me that I ordered a protection service for my computer 2 years ago and my renewal will happen unless I cancel and I can get my money back bc they didn’t provide the service. He told me to get in front of my computer so that he could give me a link to fill out a form to receive my refund. I asked him what account he was charging and he said another department has that information. I hung up.
