They claim to be with Us Treasury department something something (they of course have an accent, but that's not even the issue... Every time they trail off on those last few words so you don't ever know what they're supposedly seeing after US Treasury), and when confronted with being called scammers, they normally hang up. One man, however, was very argumentative and trying to tell me that if he was a scanner, to tell me where he was calling from then. They've called from other numbers as well. Beware.
